Abuse Support
Beginning in mid September, Turning Points Network will offer a facilitated, self-help support group for adult, female survivors of physical, emotional, verbal and/or sexual abuse. Support groups provide a forum for healing tailored to members in the group and include information, tools to carry us through a lifetime of choices, and sharing. Fire Safety Day
Here is your chance to learn more about things you can do to help keep you and those you love safe every day, and to appreciate the efforts of
Firefighters everywhere. On Saturday, September 11th from 10 – 2 at Lebanon High School on Hanover Street in Lebanon, the Lebanon Permanent Firefighters Association IAFF Local 3197 will observe a moment of silence
in memory of all of their lost Brothers and Sisters,and then spend the day displaying Fire Apparatus from throughout the region, giving Inter-Active Safety Education presentations, a Truss Roof Burn & Sprinkler, and live

Craft Fair
Come to Yankee Field on Route 101 in Dublin, NH on Saturday, September 11th from 10 – 3:30 to enjoy the 25th annual gathering of handcraft vendors! Among the items available this year will be jewelry, fabric crafts, homemade soaps and lotions, wild life art and tons more!! Admission is free, and refreshments will be for sale by the Con-Val Hockey Boosters. The rain date will be Sunday, September 12th.

Singles Dance!

“Movies in the Park”
Bring the whole family out to see some of the brightest stars, both on the screen and in the sky, as the Newport Area Chamber of Commerce in
conjunction with local sponsors presents “Movies in the Park” at Meadow Park in Newport, New Hampshire.
“Movies in the Park” is a free family event. The films will start at dusk each Saturday through September 11th with plenty of pre-movie opportunities to play, meet your neighbors and enjoy
concessions. Meadow Park offers a great playground and snack shack as well as a pavilion with picnic tables for pre-show convenience.
Reminiscent of drive-ins, this outdoor movie series is enjoyable for everyone. Visitors are encouraged to bring blankets or low-seating lawn chairs to enhance their viewing experience.
